Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Expanded Input Box on Copilot Chat

Users will be able to expand the Input Box to a full screen view when they type long prompts with lengthy context or instructions.
When users copy paste prompts from word editors the prompt box will maintain plain text formatting to sustain readability and review of the prompt.

New Multi-admin notifications for Microsoft 365 Backup will be available worldwide from early to mid-July 2025. This feature allows organizations to configure a centralized notification list for backup events, enhancing visibility and administrative awareness. Microsoft Teams: New file attachment feature in external 1:1 and group chats

Microsoft Teams is introducing a feature allowing file attachments in external 1:1 and group chats, enhancing collaboration. This feature will roll out in July 2025 and requires admin configuration.
