The Microsoft 365 Feed widget is no longer available with the Microsoft 365 Feed app


We are announcing an enhancement to reduce the system downtime while processing customer-managed keys which will start to roll out on June 23, 2025 and reach global availability on July 7, 2025.

Microsoft Teams will soon display app ratings in context to enhance user trust, app discoverability, and decision-making. This feature will roll out in July 2025 for targeted release and August 2025 for general availability, affecting Teams for Windows and Mac desktops. No admin action is required.

Access recently used SharePoint agents directly within the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, starting mid-July 2025. This feature aims to reduce context switching and improve productivity. Admins can manage agents by deleting the corresponding .agent files. Update training materials and review SharePoint agent management practices.

Insider Risk Management analysts must manually create cases in the Purview portal after confirming alerts in the Defender XDR portal. New alert-related content will be added for 30 days post-case creation. The change impacts workflows and requires training. Public Preview starts mid-June 2025, with General Availability by late September 2025.

Copilot Notebooks will soon be available on Microsoft 365 mobile apps for iOS and Android, enhancing mobile productivity. Users can access and interact with their notebooks, create new chats, and open pages and references. The rollout starts mid-June 2025 and completes by mid-July 2025. No admin action is required.

Microsoft PowerPoint will introduce a feature allowing users to rephrase text using natural language prompts via Microsoft 365 Copilot, starting July 2025. A Copilot license is required. The feature will be available on Windows, Mac, and web versions, and will be enabled by default without needing admin action.

We’re integrating the Researcher Agent into Copilot Notebooks, enabling complex research across enterprise data sources using OpenAI’s model. This feature, available globally from late June to late July 2025, enhances in-context research workflows and will be on by default. No immediate action is required.

Analysts can now use embedded PowerBI edit tools to customize their reports to add visuals, pages and change themes, text and more, and then publish it to their organization.

Menus in Edge where the user has highlighted content in the browser will soon support a summarization, translation, and citation with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat.
