Seamlessly set up workflows started by emoji reactions in Teams. When a user reacts to a message with an emoji, the workflow will be kicked off to handle support tickets or start a helpdesk workflow.

To improve visibility and discoverability, Microsoft Edge is introducing two navigation improvements for extensions. First, if a user has at least one enabled extension, the puzzle icon will be persistent on the toolbar.
