Text Prediction turned off by default in Outlook

Text Prediction will be turned off by default in Outlook starting July 1, 2025, affecting New Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for iOS and Android. Users must manually re-enable it in settings. Admins should inform users and guide them on how to re-enable the feature.

Microsoft Purview | Endpoint Data Loss Prevention: Always-on diagnostics for Windows Endpoints (preview)

Microsoft Purview is introducing always-on diagnostics for Endpoint Data Loss Prevention on Windows devices, starting in June 2025. This feature collects persistent diagnostic data, simplifying issue investigation. Logs are retained for up to 90 days. The rollout requires no admin action and enhances support ticket submissions.

Important Update: Token Protection Policy for Power Query in Excel may block data import scenarios requiring Azure Active Directory authentication, affecting sources like SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange. Power Platform – Public preview for the multi-rule routing system

We are introducing a new multi-rule routing system for Power Platform. This system will allow tenant admins to define multiple routing rules to direct makers to personal development environments in portals like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The public preview for the multi-rule routing system will begin deployment to all regions starting on July 7, 2025.

Outlook: New Outlook Support For GCC-High and Sovereign Clouds

New Outlook will support the connection of accounts in special environments such as Microsoft 365 GCC High, Microsoft 365 DoD, and Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet (China). In this release, all mailboxes connected to new Outlook will need to be hosted in the same special environment. #newoutlookforwindows
