This new process replaces Reporting Labels and ensures that the building and endpoint information you upload is used in both Tenant Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard.

Microsoft will retire the Microsoft Lists mobile apps for iOS and Android. Users should switch to the mobile browser experience. Key dates: information banner in late June 2025, app installation disabled mid-September 2025, and app removal mid-November 2025. Existing data remains accessible via desktop or mobile browser. No admin action required.
Microsoft Teams is introducing interactive agents for meetings and 1-on-1 calls, allowing users to engage with agents privately or in groups with zero-state prompts and history support. This feature, requiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, will be available by default for Teams on Windows, Mac, and web. The rollout begins in June 2025.
Microsoft Viva Pulse will introduce skip logic to surveys, allowing tailored and dynamic questions based on previous answers. This feature will be available for single-select multiple choice and rating scale questions. The rollout starts in early June 2025 and completes by late June 2025, with no admin action required.
