Muted Autoplay for Videos in the Engage Feed. As you scroll, videos will start playing silently—captions on, sound just a click away. Admins can enable or disable the feature for their organization.

This feature allows admins to configure line keys for various scenarios on Teams phone devices, including personal and common area phones (CAP). Scenarios supported include speed dial, shared line, collaborative call delegation, and call transfers.
Insider Risk Management is releasing the ability to select multiple Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies as triggering events in a policy. Previously, admins could only select one DLP policy as a triggering event within Insider Risk Management policies. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.
Experience enhancements to IRM alert investigation workflow including updates to the alert’s “All risk factors” page and activity explorer. These enhancements will give customers the ability to maximize the visual space for their investigation. We are adding to each component a minimize/ maximize button and hiding the horizontal banner on the Alerts pages by default. We are also enhancing the All Risk Factors page for better UX.
Copilot Dashboard users can now view metrics that reflect both summarized and recapped meeting activity, offering a more complete view of Copilot’s impact in Teams. These updates replace previous Copilot Assisted Hour calculations and meeting metrics with unified “summarized or recapped” metrics, helping leaders better understand usage across their organization. The updated metrics are available in both the Copilot Dashboard and the M365 Copilot Impact report in Advanced Insights, with additional query support for Intelligent Recap meeting metrics.
Copilot makes it fast and easy to schedule a meeting from an email thread. When you use the Schedule with Copilot option, Copilot analyzes the email and creates a meeting invitation for you, filling in a meeting title and agenda, and adding the email thread as an attachment. The people on the email thread are included as meeting attendees, and you can quickly review the invitation, add or change info, and then send it out.
We are announcing the ability to set up and manage your Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process at scale within the new admin center in Power Platform. This feature is now generally available.
Admins will soon be able to configure a “View and upload” permission for Anyone links to folders in OneDrive, starting June 2025. This feature allows more granular control over content access and maintains the “Request files” functionality. No admin action is required before the rollout.
