We’re expanding file format support for Content AI Document Translation in SharePoint Online. Newly added extensions include: xlf, tsv, tab, mdown, mdtext, mdtxt, mdwn, mht, mhtml, mkd, mkdn, odt, rmd. This update brings us in alignment with Azure Document Translation capabilities and unlocks new scenarios, such as .xlf support, which enables seamless translation of eLearning and localization content exported from many industry tools.

Starting May 19, 2025, the Content moderation section in the Copilot hub in the Power Platform admin center will have reached end of support.
Outlook for iOS and Android will allow users to create, delete, rename, and move folders more easily starting mid-May 2025. Users can manage folders by tapping the Edit icon in the sidebar. This update will be available worldwide, including GCC, GCC High, and DoD. No admin action is required.
Microsoft Purview introduces collection policies for targeted signal discovery and collection, allowing administrators to fine-tune data collection at the tenant level. Public preview is available now, with general availability in June 2025. These policies provide granular control and noise reduction, impacting several Purview solutions. No immediate action is required.
Microsoft Outlook for iOS/Android will soon allow users to copy and paste non-linked attachments directly without saving them to the device or cloud. This feature will roll out globally from mid-May 2025 to early June 2025. No admin action is required, but user notification and documentation updates are recommended.
This feature will introduce metadata for Shared agents. It will include the ability to export all data, ensuring that metadata is included, such as – agent capabilities, data sources that the agent has access to, actions the agent can perform. We will also show customer requested fields such as – Created in (tool the agent was created in – MCS, M365 copilot agent toolkit, Agent builder), Created By (Maker of the agent), Installed By – # users who have installed the agent.
