Shared Mailboxes as Accounts
Shared mailbox users and delegates will be able to manage settings by adding the mailbox as an account in Outlook for Windows. This feature will be rolled out in stages from May to August 2025. Users with Full Access will see a ‘Promote’ button to add the mailbox as an account. No admin action is required.
