PowerPoint’s Copilot will create new presentations in a separate file when starting from an existing one, preserving the original. This feature requires a Microsoft 365 license and will roll out to Desktop in late April 2025, and to Mac and Web by early June 2025. Update training and documentation accordingly.
Enhanced agent discovery is being rolled out in the Copilot app via the Agent Store for Microsoft 365 and Teams. The rollout starts in late May 2025 and completes by early June 2025. No admin action is required, but users should be notified. Access can be managed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Graph connectors are now available in the Copilot tab with a new connector gallery look. This update will roll out in late April 2025. The new navigation simplifies access and management, and the enhanced gallery improves discoverability and deployment of connectors. Update documentation accordingly.

People Skills is a new Microsoft 365 service that offers skills-based experiences across Microsoft 365, including the Microsoft 365 profile card, profile editor, and Org Explorer. People Skills lets individuals in your organization create a skills profile based on a shared taxonomy, to showcase their skills and connect more easily with others.
