Users with shared mailbox access will be able to ground Copilot Chat conversations in shared mailboxes.

Before this rollout, Microsoft Purview admins can configure restrictions on removable USB devices, network shares, and/or printer groups in Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (EDLP) policies. After this rollout, these restrictions will extend to the Microsoft Edge browser.

If your organization has Enabled sensitivity labels for files in SharePoint and OneDrive with Microsoft Purview and has Enabled co-authoring for files encrypted with sensitivity labels with Purview, email notifications for files with encryption will soon include context previews, such as when mentioning someone in a comment, assigning a task, and replying to comments in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint. The notification emails will inherit the file’s sensitivity label and encryption settings.

Coming soon: Microsoft Purview | Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy support for Microsoft Fabric allows admins to scope DLP policies to lakehouses, in addition to Microsoft Power BI (also supported today). In other words, in Fabric lakehouses, DLP policies can help audit and notify users through policy tips based on sensitive content. We will also extend DLP policy support Fabric KQL databases and mirrored databases.

An enhancement to the ‘Manage what attendees see’ feature, allowing organizers and presenters to preview changes to what is brought on or off the screen before sending them live to attendees. This capability is only available for Town hall.
