We are introducing a new feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio: a conversational agent creation tool that uses natural, everyday language. This feature will reach general availability on May 6, 2025.
Starting April 18, 2025, plans created or managed through Project in Power Apps or Project Accelerator or Project Online will no longer appear in the Recent tab within Planner and Project for the web. To continue accessing these plans easily, we recommend using the workarounds outlined below.

Coming soon to the chat experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot (formerly BizChat): Users will be able to use a File type filter and People refiners in the CIQ menu to apply search criteria and find relevant files more quickly.
Context IQ (CIQ) is a set of AI capabilities from Microsoft that allows users to search for, select, and insert relevant enterprise or personal data directly into their prompts or conversations. This capability helps users to “ground” or anchor their prompts in specific, contextually relevant data, making responses more accurate, specific, and useful.
Provide a meaningful name to first channel of the team, with no restrictions on the name. The first channel, if named “General” (in English), will follow the behavior as General in any other teams.
We’re making some changes to DNS provisioning of A records for all new Accepted Domains provisioned after July 1st, 2025. Between July 1st and August 1st, 2025, we will gradually switch provisioning of all A records for new Accepted Domains into the new subdomains under mx.microsoft.
We are doing this to reduce the friction of adopting DNSSEC in the long run. DNSSEC is a set of extensions to DNS that provides cryptographic verification of DNS records, preventing DNS spoofing and adversary-in-the-middle attacks to DNS.

We are excited to announce a new icon for Microsoft Intune, which will be updated across all platforms and apps associated with Intune such as the Intune admin center and Intune Company Portal app. This change aims to provide a fresh and modern look to enhance user experience. The rollout of the new icon will begin in late April 2025 and will be gradually implemented over the next few months.
Detection, processing and storage of interactions done on generative AI applications such as Security Copilot, Copilot Studio and others under Microsoft Purview Data Compliance solutions including Data Lifecycle Management, eDiscovery, and Communication Compliance will begin using a pay-as-you-go pricing model on May 1 in preparation for general availability. Microsoft Purview Audit will only use pay-as-you-go pricing for audit logs related to non-Microsoft generative AI applications. Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat data (with or without a Copilot license) will not be impacted by these new pay-as-you-go meters.
