Microsoft Purview AI Hub has been rebranded to Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI (DSPM for AI). Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI is a centralized location to gain insights into generative AI activity including the sensitive data flowing in AI prompts.
Data assessments in Microsoft Purview Data Security Posture Management for AI provides a way for admins to drive data security outcomes by viewing default assessments, reviewing the data sensitivity and user accesses on locations, and performing remediation actions to mitigate risk.
Introducing a new content picker for Teams Mobile! Attach any type of content, whether files or media, from the paperclip icon in the compose overflow menu. Our unified attach flow makes it easy and intuitive to attach content from any source location.

Businesses using Google Workspace for email and calendaring can now enable bidirectional synchronization with Microsoft Teams through the Teams Admin app. This enhanced sync ensures that events created in either platform are seamlessly reflected in both, improving scheduling efficiency and minimizing the risk of missed meetings. With this update, all calendar events—including incoming, outgoing, existing, and new—are fully synchronized. This feature is being rolled out gradually. When rollout is complete, you can sync up to 50,000 users per tenant.

Users can now reference People from your enterprise while generating content in Word.
Detection, processing and storage of interactions done on Enterprise AI and AI applications such as Security Copilot, Copilot Studio and others under Microsoft Purview Data Compliance solutions including Data Lifecycle Management, eDiscovery, and Communication Compliance will begin using a pay-as-you-go pricing model on May 1 in preparation for general availability. Microsoft Purview Audit will only use pay-as-you-go pricing for audit logs related to non-Microsoft Enterprise AI and AI applications. Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat data (with or without a Copilot license) will not be impacted by these new pay-as-you-go meters.
Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (for example SEC or FINRA), such as sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and sharing of adult content. Built with privacy by design, usernames are pseudonymized by default, role-based access controls are built in, investigators are opted in by an admin, and audit logs are in place to ensure user-level privacy.
