Microsoft Viva: Copilot Dashboard Trendline Additions

Copilot Dashboard users can now visualize trends in additional key adoption and impact metrics over time to more quickly identify patterns and opportunities in employee adoption for better licensing decisions. Users will be able to now view Adoption metrics on either a monthly or weekly timeframe for specific groups of interest, as well as deep dive into Impact metrics like Copilot Assisted Hours, Actions Taken, and feature-specific dimensions.

Outlook: Reply and forward emails in a PST file in new Outlook for Windows

Microsoft Teams: Simplified Notes pane in meetings

Microsoft Teams will update the Notes pane in meetings to streamline design and clarify features. This applies to Teams for Windows and Mac desktops. The rollout starts in April 2025 and completes by May 2025. Changes include renaming the pane and adding new controls. No admin action is required.

Microsoft Purview | Endpoint Data Loss Protection (DLP): Blanket protections for unscannable file types

Microsoft Purview Endpoint Data Loss Protection (DLP) will soon include blanket protection for unscannable file types. Public preview starts mid-March 2025, with general availability by late March 2025. Admins can configure this feature in policy settings. SharePoint Online: Table toolbar

SharePoint Online introduces a new Table toolbar for table functionality, replacing Table Styles in the text web part. It includes features like merge, split, and add space.
