The Microsoft Copilot Studio agent report template will be available in public preview for Viva Insights customers in mid-April 2025. Improved options for sharing links to Teams apps or agents in chat will roll out from mid-April 2025 to late June 2025 for Windows and Mac desktops. The API access page in the SharePoint admin center will soon display additional pre-authorized permissions required for SharePoint Online. SQL databases in Fabric will be enabled by default starting March 28, 2025, despite the infobox showing March 8, 2025. Tenant admins should review and decide on settings before this date. If no action is taken, the setting remains active. Contact support for further assistance.
Microsoft SharePoint will update its eSignature service in mid-April to late May 2025, allowing users to create additional eSignature requests without waiting for previous ones to complete. New toast notifications will inform users of request statuses. No admin action is required, but user notification and documentation updates are advised.
Microsoft Viva Engage will soon update the “Community information” experience for community admins, simplifying text creation and editing, and limiting the section to 32k characters.
