Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android will soon allow admins to configure dual display mode and swap screens remotely, requiring a Teams Rooms Pro license. This update, associated with Roadmap ID 415243, aims to enhance device management and correct reversed display installations. Rollout starts early November 2024, with no admin action needed before then.
IT admins can monitor and track the status of all bulk operations on Teams Devices through the Teams admin center, enabling large-scale management.

The new Pulse tenant admin dashboard will be available for Microsoft Viva Pulse admins, providing metrics to track usage and ROI. It will roll out worldwide from late October to early November 2024, and will be on by default. Pulse admins can access it via the Viva Pulse app or web. The Feed feature in Microsoft 365 apps will be retired from November 1 to 15, 2024. Users are advised to use the ‘Recommended’ files section as an alternative. No admin action is required for this change.
Microsoft Edge Mobile will soon update the New tab page for Microsoft Entra ID users with default Wallpaper and Weather features. Wallpaper will be enabled by default, and a weather icon will be added. Rollouts for these features are expected in early and late October 2024, respectively.
