Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android will allow users to request message recalls within their organization starting in March 2025. This feature provides control to retract sent emails. Microsoft Viva Amplify: New “average time spent per user” graph in reporting

Microsoft Viva Amplify is introducing a new “average time spent per user” graph to its reporting, available at both the campaign and publication levels. This metric will be supported by SharePoint and Outlook channels. The rollout will occur from mid-March to mid-April 2025, requiring no admin action.

Microsoft Viva Engage: Modernized user settings

Microsoft Viva Engage will soon have modernized user settings, rolling out from mid-March to late April 2025. The update will retain key functionalities from Microsoft Yammer, offering a more intuitive interface. Some settings will be managed through Microsoft 365 account settings. Microsoft Teams: Ability to Stop Copilot while it is generating a response

Copilot in Teams will now have a ‘stop’ button after sending a prompt. This will allow the user to stop Copilot’s response either before the response has started to generate, or even after the response is generating. The user may then start a new prompt if they wish.

SharePoint: Design Ideas Suggests Images from Org Assets

SharePoint Design ideas can now pull from your Org Asset images to use within design ideas. If available when performing image suggestion, the first 3 ideas will show suggestions with images from org assets, whereas the rest of the ideas will use stock images.
