The Facilitator agent in Microsoft 365 takes real-time notes during your meetings, allowing everyone to co-author and collaborate seamlessly. This frees everyone up to focus and engage deeply in meetings. To enable real-time notes in meetings, users can toggle the ‘AI-generated notes’ setting on when scheduling the meeting in the Teams calendar or toggle it on during the meeting through the Notes button in the toolbar. To access the real-time notes, select Notes in the toolbar to open the notes pane where everyone can see live notes being generated every few minutes as the conversation happens. The notes are organized by topics and follow-up tasks.
We are announcing the Support Lockbox for GenAI feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature provides an interface for customers to review and approve or reject data access requests; used in cases where a Microsoft engineer needs to access customer data during, for example, a support request. This feature will reach general availability on February 28, 2025.
The Integrated apps page in the Microsoft 365 admin center provides IT admins with tools to manage agents. With this rollout, we are introducing a new Shared Agent management section, enabling IT admins to gain visibility into individually shared agents and take actions such as blocking agents to ensure compliance and security.

Coming soon to Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management (IRM) admins will be able to select Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts as indicators in IRM policies. After this rollout, IRM admins can select DLP policies that they would like to bring into IRM and detect if a user has alerts for the pre-selected DLP policies. When an IRM alert is generated, admin and analysts can see if there are any high-risk alerts for this user within DLP for the policies that are enabled as indicators. This feature will help admins and analysts view this information in IRM without switching to DLP.

IT Administrators can now monitor Teams client version update adoption and access detailed adoption information. This feature enables administrators to proactively understand version adoption, assess version health, and access granular details about devices and users who are on the latest client versions. Additionally, it provides visibility on recency of client versions. Administrators can now proactively view insights and address issues preventing users from automatically updating to the latest and most secure version of the Teams client.
This feature will provide users conversation history list structure through grouping conversations by time frame to make it easy for users to visually parse.
This allows the customer to use a label for a non-Office/PDF file without productivity impact.
