The message informs that the Legacy SharePoint Invitation Manager settings have been retired, with the specific setting for guests to sign in with the invited account no longer appearing. The SharePoint Invitation Manager’s retirement doesn’t change product behavior. It recommends using the ‘Anyone’ link sharing setting and provides a link for configuring external sharing. No admin action is required before the rollout.
Microsoft Viva Amplify introduces new video templates for videocentric publications. These include Starter, Training, Recap, and Message templates. Rollout begins early August 2024 for Targeted Release and mid-August 2024 for General Availability. No admin action is required for this update.

We are pleased to announce the establishment of two new rules for content AI in SharePoint. These rules can be triggered by a change in column data or the addition of a file to a SharePoint library.
