With this feature, technicians get the ability to summarize their work orders with Copilot within the Field Service mobile application. The summary provides them with meaningful context of the work they are about to perform. It can include notes, diagnostic information, key events in the work order lifecycle, and recommendations. This feature will reach general availability on January 13, 2025.

We are announcing the create Power Automate flows in ExcelAutomate feature. Users can now create useful flows quickly from the Automate tab in Excel. This feature will be available on December 31, 2024.
Microsoft Viva Pulse will be included with the Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription, rolling out early to mid-December 2024. Users with Copilot or Viva Pulse premium licenses can create and send Pulse surveys. Full access requires a premium license. Rollout requires no admin action and features will be enabled by default.
