The updated large profile card in Microsoft Outlook for Mac, featuring new Organization and Files tabs, is in Public Preview and will be generally available from mid-June to early July 2024. It will be enabled by default with no admin action required.
Microsoft Teams Meeting Chat’s Copilot will soon access transcript data, improving clarity over previous chat-only results. Rollout starts late June 2024, completing early July. It’s automatic for users with a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license and requires no admin action before rollout.
Microsoft Viva Amplify will support SharePoint audience targeting, allowing news posts to be promoted to specific audiences. This feature will be generally available from mid to late June 2024, with no admin action required for the rollout.
Microsoft Purview is enhancing the Audit custom retention policy experience to make it easier for customers to change the default retention policy across all their Audit logs. With this change, customers can now create blanket custom retention policies that apply to all Audit recordTypes. This capability will become available in addition to the existing support of manually selecting specific recordTypes in a custom policy.
