Microsoft Viva is updating the Copilot Dashboard to provide a detailed breakdown of Copilot assisted hours for Viva or Viva Insights subscribers. The update, which requires no admin action, will start rolling out in early May 2024 and complete by mid-May 2024. Users should be informed of this change.

Microsoft Purview’s Information Protection introduces a new feature, Protection Policy, for label-based protection on Azure SQL, Data Lake Gen 2, Blob Storage, and Amazon S3. SharePoint Premium users will now have the capability to apply a prebuilt sensitive information processing model to SharePoint libraries. This model is designed to detect and possibly extract sensitive information from documents upon their library.
