Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is updating submission results for enhanced clarity. Administrators will see improved results for submissions, including emails, Teams messages, attachments, URLs, and user reports. The updates will be available via the submission experience and API, linked with Roadmap ID 389856. Rollout begins mid-April 2024. No action is needed from users.
Microsoft Defender for Office 365 will soon add a ‘last used date’ to Tenant Allow/Block List entries, aiding in managing the necessity of URLs, files, domains, and email addresses. The feature will start rolling out in mid-April 2024 and complete by late April 2024. No admin action is required for this update.

Microsoft To Do will be available from the Outlook on the web app launcher. To Do will replace the tasks module currently available. After this change, you will see To Do in the app launcher instead of tasks.

Copilot can identify and summarize the key points so you can show up prepared in just a few minutes. When you have an upcoming meeting, Copilot proactively shows you a “Prepare” button in your inbox which helps you quickly get context for the meeting providing a summary of the meeting and showing and summarizing relevant files leveraging the power of the Microsoft Graph. Now you have all the most important details you need and can arrive prepared and ready to engage in a productive conversation. This feature will be available in the new Outlook for Windows and web. #newoutlookforwindows
