Viva Pulse – Teams Chat Notifications Requires Latest Viva Pulse Teams App Version

In addition to email and Teams Activity feed notifications, Viva Pulse will begin to deliver notifications through Teams Chat. Users will only receive Teams Chat notifications if they have the latest Viva Pulse Teams app version installed (Version 1.0.9 or higher). As the admin, you can do the following to ensure users receive Teams Chat notifications:

1. Create a Teams app setup policy to install the latest Viva Pulse Teams app version for users in your tenant.
2. Encourage users on old Microsoft Teams to select Upgrade in the banner at the top of the page when they visit the Viva Pulse Teams app.
3. Encourage users on new Microsoft Teams to select Apps on the left side of Teams, Manage your apps at the bottom left of the screen, and Update next to Viva Pulse.

SharePoint eSignature electronic signature service

SharePoint eSignature is Microsoft’s first party electronic signature service which allows users to easily request eSignatures on a PDF document via SharePoint online.  Signers can easily add their electronic signature. Signed documents are saved securely back to SharePoint.

Collaborative Notes in Channel Meetings

In parallel to legacy Wiki-based Meeting Notes in channel meetings, Teams across Microsoft are coming together to provide tools that help make meetings more effective. More specifically, we’re improving how you track what you want to discuss (Agenda), what you discussed/decided (Notes) and what you need to follow up on (Follow-up Tasks) in channel meetings. New Shared display mode for BYOD meeting rooms

The new Shared display mode provides users the ability to extend their Teams meeting via a pop-out view-only version of the stage onto the TV screen in BYOD meeting rooms. This mode ensures the meeting content is always extended to the front of the room for others to see. This gives the host of the room the peace of mind their desktop is for their viewing only, giving them the flexibility to multi-task or work privately on their host desktop.
