We will make some minor experience changes for when a user has been detected as a potential high impact user whose activities may lead to potential data security incidents. These changes will include improving accessibility and providing more prominent highlighting of the reasons for being detected as a potential high impact user.
Additionally, we will provide additional descriptors regarding how the risk score booster is applied to the user. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.
Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.
With this update, admins with appropriate permissions will have the ability to view a sensitivity analysis, which shows the count of users in the organization that would meet specific indicator thresholds. The sensitivity analysis is presented as a bar chart, with potential inputs of an indicator threshold on the x-axis and the corresponding count of users on the y-axis. Admins can utilize this chart to make informed decisions on which threshold to apply for each indicator. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Admins can configure the new sequence feature to detect risky user actions that start with downloading data from third-party domains, such as box.com or dropbox.com. This can help security teams gain visibility into actions that take place in their multi-cloud environments that may lead to a data security incident. Teams Premium users can now view Live Transcript in their preferred languages during the meeting and choose to show the translated transcript with the original transcript as a reference.

Forms has been improving get-started experiences since last year, we are now bringing the latest portal page experiences to all customers on all hosts, including upgrading the launch page experience in office.com. Users will be directed to Forms web and access all new functionalities released recently.

Adding files and folders to Favorites is a great way to mark content of personal importance and can help you get to the content you’re looking for right away. We have made sure that the favorites experience is consistent across Microsoft 365 apps by building on top of the existing pinning and favorites experience. This release will include support for adding additional file types and folders to favorites from OneDrive web and Document Libraries.

Loop component links that currently open in an editor on Office.com will now open on Loop.microsoft.com. Users will have access to the same functionality as is available on Office.com. Users who have access to Loop workspace will also be able to leverage these capabilities on Loop.microsoft.com.
