Microsoft Viva Glint is the new “voice of the employee” solution that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Microsoft Viva Glint helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement. Organizations get immediate visibility into the employee experience with org-wide surveys and recommended actions to drive business outcomes. Questions and action plans are based on People Science to guide employee listening and engagement programs that support the employee experience. Leaders and managers can view results to understand wins and opportunities, compare performance against benchmarks and receive personalized suggestions for learning courses, conversation starters, and other actions that support positive business outcomes. The Teams Webinar Graph APIs allows users to get webinar data like attendee names, attendance duration, registration, and registrant cancellations. This data can be exported to be used in 3P systems including CRMs, marketing automation tools, LOB and Workflow apps. These APIs are designed to support business-to-business workflows.

Forms: New Present mode shares surveys or quizzes live through QR code or URL

You can now share a survey or quiz by selecting “Present” mode. The survey can be accessed via QR code or URL from any screen. Results are viewed on the same screen, dynamically updated as information is gathered.

Microsoft Teams: Teams Shared Device license on Teams mobile app for Android

To support mobile and flexible work styles, the Microsoft Teams Shared Device license will be available on the Teams mobile app on Android. This will enable Android phones to be set up as shared devices. Walkie Talkie, call queues, auto attendants, cloud voicemail, call park and all other calling features currently supported for common area phones will be available through the Teams Android app.

Microsoft Viva: Deactivate and delete organisations in Viva Goals

IT admins or Viva Goals admins can deactivate organizations or delete them if required from the Viva Goals Admin portal. They can also configure to automatically deactivate inactive organizations.
