Nine new Microsoft 365 Copilot connectors are now generally available, enabling integration with GitHub, Freshservice, Guru, Dropbox, Google Drive, Zendesk, and Amazon S3. These connectors allow users to search, retrieve, and interact with external enterprise data across Microsoft 365 apps immediately.
SharePoint admins can customize emails sent from Data Access Governance reports for site access reviews starting mid-December 2025. This optional feature aims to improve email engagement and response rates without changing existing policies. Admins should update documentation and notify relevant teams accordingly.
New Outlook for Windows will support Wait on Send for Data Loss Prevention, blocking email sending until DLP evaluation completes or timeout occurs. This feature is disabled by default and controlled via Exchange mailbox settings, allowing users to multitask during evaluation with configurable override timing. Available early 2026.

Public Preview starts late January 2026; general availability in late April 2026. Admins must opt in and configure attribute mappings and access policies. No compliance issues identified.
Site attestation policy is now generally available, enabling SharePoint admins to require site owners to periodically verify site ownership, membership, and sharing settings. This helps reduce compliance risks and prevent oversharing. The feature is off by default and requires admin setup with configurable enforcement actions.
