This AI-powered feature, enabled by default worldwide on October 9, 2025, enhances meeting preparation on both Web and Desktop without requiring admin policy changes.
The “Refresh all on page” button in OneNote’s Meeting Details pane will be retired between November 15 and December 15, 2025. Users can update meeting info by selecting the meeting again from the right pane. No admin action is needed; notify users and update documentation accordingly.
Microsoft Teams group chat agents and bots will support Entra authentication starting November 3-6, 2025. Users without the Teams app or Entra consent receive a private prompt to install the app and grant permissions. This feature is enabled by default, requiring no admin action.
