With this capability, you can create groups of USB devices and designate restrictive actions for each group within your DLP policy in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. As an example, you will be able to create authorized or unauthorized groups of USB devices based on serial numbers and allow ‘copy’ of documents to certain groups of USB devices and block ‘copy’ for others.

Users can currently filter by floor in the Advanced Room Finder when browsing for rooms. This UI is currently populated by the rooms’ “floor” attributes. With the new update, users will see the “floorLabel” instead of the “floor” when the “floorLabel” attribute is populated. In addition, the floor filter will only show the floors that have rooms or workspaces. Floors that do not have rooms or workspaces will not be listed in the floor filter dropdown.

With this release, users will have the ability to create folders and organize content inside Microsoft 365 Groups mailbox using Outlook on the web.
Groups users will be able to create folders inside the Groups section in Outlook mail module. Users can move and copy messages across different folders inside of the Group. We are also releasing support for Rules inside Groups mailbox. With rules, users can automate the organization of incoming Groups mails. Once users have created folders, they will be able to view and access the deleted folder of the Group.

We are releasing an update to a Sharepoint feature that has already rolled out. With this change, sites created from the SharePoint app bar won’t be automatically associated with a hub.
