Teams Personal Tabs will now appear on Outlook for Android. This will complete the changes announced in Oct 2022 in the Outlook Blog
Teams apps must be validated to work on the mobile form factor. After the user or admin installs the app on Teams or Outlook, the personal tab will now appear automatically in Outlook for Android.
Adoption Score in Microsoft 365 admin center now supports tracking for apps built in the Teams platforms. IT admins will have visibility into monthly/daily active user counts for first-party, third-party store, and third-party line of business applications.
This feature removes the per label 1,000,000 item limit for items pending disposition review and proof of disposition (reviewed) including record labels. The tenant limit of 16,000,000 total items pending disposition and disposed still exists.

Create a meeting in Teams and turn off the online toggle when setting up calendar events for personal appointments, lunch break slots and more. These offline events will not have chat thread or other Teams online meeting artifacts.
Currently users open links automatically from Outlook for iOS and Android in their default browser. This change will prompt users to choose their browser instead. Users can choose their default browser if they prefer and configure that preference in their Outlook Mobile settings.

Outlook on the web will support S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) sign and encryption as sensitivity label outcome. Customer admins could use set-label advanced setting to define the label to have S/MIME sign or encryption or both, and emails with those labels applied will enforce S/MIME sign and encrypt accordingly, and also it will support content marking of the label.

Second, we’ve also introduced Business Chat that works across all Microsoft 365 apps and data in real-time: user’s calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts.
