Microsoft Viva Insights App in Teams: UI Updates, Insights Web App Updates, and End-User Opt Out

The Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams is being updated to deliver a simplified user experience. The Viva Insights web Home page, discoverable via insights.viva.office.com and the Microsoft 365 app launcher on Office.com, is being updated to match the Viva Insights app in Teams.

Additionally, the MyAnalytics web dashboard will be updated to reflect the Viva Insights brand and be accessible via a link from the Viva Insights app in Teams. A new privacy setting will allow end users to opt out of Viva Insights Team application and will allow them to stop receiving personal insights across all surfaces

OneDrive: Sharing Experience – Share Menu Dropdown – by 21Vianet

Microsoft Teams: Camera On/Off feature

Beginning July 2022, any certified Teams Peripherals supporting the Camera On/Off feature will allow a user to more efficiently turn on or off their Video during a call or meeting. Instead of fumbling with your mouse or keypad to bring up the Meeting Stage and then press the Video icon, a simple click of a button will allow the user to quickly control their video state.

Language Interpretation in Microsoft Teams

Language interpretation will allow professional language interpreters to translate what the speaker says into another language in real time without disrupting the original flow of delivery of the speaker. This will allow more inclusive and efficient meetings, where participants who may not speak the same language can fully collaborate with each other without waiting for an interpreter to repeat what was said after the fact.
