Surveys and shared plans to help promote effective meeting habits are being introduced for users with Viva Insights subscription.
Meeting effectiveness surveys enable meeting organizers to view aggregated feedback from attendees on the meetings they organized. Organizers can also gain insights into successes and opportunity areas to promote a healthy meeting culture.
Microsoft will start restricting access via Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Teams message data starting on January 31st, 2023. Fully supported access to Teams message data is available through the Microsoft Graph Teams Export API. Teams Export APIs allow you to export 1:1, group chat, meeting chats, and channel messages from Microsoft Teams.

With this update, you can now create, edit, and run Office Scripts in Excel for Windows using the Code Editor and All Scripts taskpane. Office Scripts is a feature that enables you to automate repetitive spreadsheet tasks that was previously only available in Excel for the web.
Records Management admins will be able to simulate the results of an automatically applied retention label or retention policy. This allows them to test the policy before deploying it in production.

Specify your spoken language for meetings and calls for more accurate captions and transcriptions. Choose translated captions for a more inclusive calling and meeting experience.
Transcription for 1:1 calls and group calls will be available on the Microsoft Teams app for Android.
