Security teams can now block sender email addresses, domains, URLs and email attachments while making admin submission for email, URL and file attachment respectively.

Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Automatic management of allow expiration for Tenant allow block list

Allows in the tenant allow block list typically expire after 30 days, meaning legitimate email can continue to be blocked. With this change, Microsoft will automatically extend or remove allow rules based on an assessment of the particular entity.

Microsoft Defender for Identity: User activity timeline in Microsoft 365 Defender

Using the activity timeline from the Microsoft Defender for Identity portal as inspiration, this release will provide a dedicated tab on the user page in Microsoft 365 Defender that contains a full user activity timeline, detailing all activities and alerts from relevant workloads, associate dot that identity.

Microsoft Teams: Viewing the Full Chat conversation thread after clicking on search message results

When users search for a chat message in Teams and click on a message result, they are taken to a view that contains only the selected message, rather than the entire chat thread. This fix will now land the users on the full chat thread once the message search result is clicked, thereby providing full context of the conversation around the message result.

Viva Insights: Schedule send suggestions (formerly delay delivery plan) available default on in Outlook with admin and user controls

Schedule send suggestions are currently available in the latest versions of Outlook on the web and Outlook for Windows to help schedule email delivery aligned with recipient work hours and minimize interruptions after-hours. With Schedule send suggestions turned on by default, users with Insights by MyAnalytics service plan can get up to two daily schedule send suggestions. Microsoft 365 users with MyAnalytics (Full) service plan or Viva Insights subscription get an unlimited number of inline suggestions for delaying email delivery to their coworkers.   A Global admin or an Exchange Online admin role can configure tenant level settings in the Microsoft
admin center. Individuals can also turn inline suggestions on or off through their own Settings within the Viva Insights add-in in Outlook.
