Retirement of Insert Document and Insert PPT feature in Microsoft Whiteboard

Starting January 2026, Microsoft Whiteboard will retire the Insert Document feature that allows inserting PDFs and PowerPoint files from OneDrive for Business and SharePoint. Local PDF insertion on Windows Native app remains. Users should use alternatives like converting files to images or sharing links.

Microsoft 365 Copilot: New scheduled prompt features in Frontier tenants

Microsoft 365 Copilot is adding scheduled prompt features for Frontier tenants, enabling users to automate recurring tasks with declarative agents and the Web tab. Upcoming Change to Teams Desktop Client on Windows

Microsoft Teams Desktop Client for Windows will introduce a new process, ms-teams_modulehost.exe, to handle calling features separately, improving performance and startup time.
