We are announcing a new feature in Public Preview where we are enhancing the filtering experience for DLP alerts in Microsoft 365 Defender portal with the capability to filter the DLP alerts/incidents queues by File Name or File Path.

When this will happen:

This is now available in Preview.

How this will affect your organization:

• The filtering experience is now enhanced with the capability to filter the Alerts/ Incidents queue by File Name or File Path.
• Simply type the File Name or File Path in the Entities filter and select from the suggestions.
• After applying the filter, the Alerts/ Incidents queue will show all related Incidents and alerts with the file(s).

What you need to do to prepare:

There is nothing you need to do prepare, the filter option will be available in the DLP incidents and alerts experience in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal.
