Draft and Scheduled Posts with POBO (Posts on Behalf of) in Viva Engage
Viva Engage introduces Draft and Scheduled Posts features supporting POBO (post on behalf of) to enhance communication. The Draft feature allows users to save and refine posts at their own pace, ensuring polished and impactful messages. With Scheduled Posts, users can plan ahead and automatically publish content at a chosen date and time, enabling coordinated communication for important events or announcements.

When this will happen:
Preview: Rollout will be complete by early September 2023.
Standard Release: Rollout will begin in early October 2023 and is expected to be complete by late October 2023.
How this will affect your organization:
These are premium features, corporate communicators and users with premium licenses will be able to use these.
Users will now be able to save their posts as drafts or scheduled them in Viva Engage.
These features can be combined with the publish on behalf of capability, enabling delegates to save drafts and scheduled posts that then will be publish as the delegator, promoting seamless collaboration across the organization.
What you need to do to prepare:
There is no action required from you at this time. Users with premium licenses will be able to use these features.
