Important information about your Microsoft Power Apps service

As part of a service update designed to improve security within Microsoft Power Apps, we will upgrade jQuery from 2.1.1 to version 3.6.0 next week.

How does this affect me?

We have detected that your environment is utilizing our jQuery static resource endpoint. This update will impact scripts and files in your Power Apps instance that include hardcoded links to the previous jQuery version.

What action do I need to take?

To avoid the impact of these changes, which will arrive next week, please change any hard coded references to jquery-2.1.1.min.js in your scripts and files to instead reference jquery-3.6.0.min.js. For example:

https://exampleorgname.crm.dynamics.com/_static/_common/scripts/jquery-2.1.1.min.js

Should be updated to:

https://exampleorgname.crm.dynamics.com/_static/_common/scripts/jquery-3.6.0.min.js

Please contact Microsoft Support and reference ticket ICM342013163 if you need additional assistance.
