Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Copy simulation action in Attack simulation training

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 introduces a ‘copy simulation action’ button in Attack simulation training to duplicate existing simulations and make necessary edits to introduce fresh and tailored simulation scenarios. The rollout will begin in early March 2024 and is expected to complete by mid-March 2024. No action is needed to prepare for this change.

Attack simulation training in Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is an intelligent risk reduction tool that allows customers to run realistic phishing attack simulation scenarios in their organization, identify vulnerable users, and help drive behavior change through an integrated security awareness training program. Using the ‘copy simulation action’ button, Attack simulation administrators will be able to effortlessly duplicate existing simulations and make necessary edits to introduce fresh and tailored simulation scenarios.

Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, and DoD: We will begin rolling out early March 2024 and expected to complete by mid-March 2024.
