Microsoft Managed Desktop – Feature Update: Windows 11 23H2 plan communication

Microsoft Managed Desktop is informing our customers that we are NOT planning on setting a default date to move customers to Windows 11 23H2. However, customers can request to move to Windows 11 23H2 at any time.

When this will happen:

Effective immediately.

How this will affect your organization

There should be no impact. Customers can choose when they are ready to move to Windows 11 23H2.

What you need to do to prepare

Microsoft Managed Desktop has made Windows 11 23H2 available to all customers for testing via a Windows 11 23H2 Test Group. Customers may test Windows 11 23H2 by adding devices to that group. When customers feel ready to move their entire tenant to Windows 11 23H2, they may file a ticket with the service. Customers can also file a service ticket if they would like further guidance on testing and on updating to Windows 11.
