Microsoft Viva Amplify: Support for sensitivity labels in Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Viva Amplify will soon support sending mail with sensitivity labels in Microsoft Outlook. In tenants where admins have enabled sensitivity labels on email, users will see the Sensitivity label menu in the Outlook audience selector in Amplify. This menu will respect settings that admins configured for labels, such as requiring the label, providing justifications, and so on. When an email is sent from Amplify, the received email will have the appropriately sensitivity label.
If you have not set up sensitivity labels in your tenant, this feature will not impact your tenant.
