Microsoft Viva: Answers in Viva on Mobile
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the mobile version of the Answers in Viva experience for iOS and Android. Our goal is to bring the power of organizational knowledge sharing to the convenience of your mobile device.
Answers in Viva is available to licensed Viva Suite customers and/or licensed Viva Topics customers.

Note: Customer tenants will need to be in Native Mode and require Yammer topics being migrated to Viva Topics.
When this will happen:
Rollout will begin in late June 2023 and is expected to be complete by early July 2023.
How this will affect your organization:
This update will transform how you connect with experts, find answers, and share knowledge within your organization. With just a few taps, you can upvote important questions and responses, ensuring your voice is heard. Additionally, the app’s search feature will allow you to locate solutions swiftly and assign inquiries to appropriate experts, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
For Knowledge Managers and Answer Admins, this mobile app adds an extra layer of convenience. You can easily manage the flow of information, route questions to suitable professionals, and oversee the quality of shared knowledge, all from your smartphone.
     
What you need to do to prepare:
There is nothing required from you at this time. For the best experience, please ensure you have the latest version of the application downloaded. While details on new Viva Engage Admin Center updates are currently under wraps, you can expect to see some exciting new features within the Viva Engage Teams application.
