Microsoft Viva Engage: New custom date ranges for Community and Conversation Analytics
Microsoft Viva Engage will soon allow community admins and content creators to select custom date ranges (1-365 days) for community and conversation analytics. This feature, available to Engage premium, Microsoft Viva Suite, or Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities license holders, will roll out globally from mid to late March 2025. No admin action is required.
Coming soon for Microsoft Viva Engage: Community admins and content creators will be able to select custom date ranges in community and conversation analytics.
This feature will be available to customers with a license for Engage premium, Microsoft Viva Suite, or Microsoft Viva Employee Communications and Communities.

When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-March 2025 and expect to complete by late March 2025.
How this will affect your organization:
Before this rollout, date ranges in conversation and community analytics only include: 7, 28, 90, and 365 days.
After this rollout, the date range selector in conversation and community analytics will support 1-365 days.
