You are receiving this message because your Microsoft Viva Suite license will enable access to Microsoft Viva Glint capabilities by July 2023. This update will not change your experience or impact on any other parts of your Viva Suite or Microsoft 365 admin center.

Microsoft Viva Glint is the new “voice of the employee” solution that is available for use with your Viva Suite subscription. Microsoft Viva Glint helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement. Organizations get immediate visibility into the employee experience with org-wide surveys and recommended actions to drive business outcomes. Questions and action plans are based on People Science to guide employee listening and engagement programs that support the employee experience. Leaders and managers can view results to understand wins and opportunities, compare performance against benchmarks and receive personalized suggestions for learning courses, conversation starters, and other actions that support positive business outcomes. When this will happen:

We will roll out this change in beginning mid-June and expect to complete by end-July.

How this affects your organization:

Customers who have an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite will see the new Microsoft Viva Glint service plan alongside other existing Viva service plans. 

Once the service plan is made available, more details will be shared on how tenant global admins can initiate Viva Glint deployment into your organization. 

Note: If you are an existing LinkedIn Glint customer with an active subscription to the Microsoft Viva Suite then we recommend waiting for contracts and data migration to complete before deploying Viva Glint in your organization. More details will be shared soon.

What you need to do to prepare:

1. When this change takes effect, please make note of the new service plan name for your administrative records and ensure that you update any relevant provisioning documentation, as needed. 
2. You are entitled to receive Viva Glint to cover the number of employees in your existing Viva Suite license. To add employees, please work with your account team to add more Viva Glint seats.
