Microsoft Viva Insights (Workplace Analytics): Service plan updates
The Microsoft Office 365 subscription will be updated with a service plan for Microsoft Viva Insights Backend in late October 2024, providing insights into organizational trends. No admin action is required before the rollout.
Your Microsoft Office 365 subscription will soon receive a service plan update for Microsoft Viva Insights Backend (WORKPLACE_ANALYTICS_INSIGHTS_BACKEND). This service plan enables various Viva Insights Workplace Analytics features that provide rich, actionable insights into your organization’s communication and collaboration trends to help you make more effective business decisions.
When this will happen:
(Worldwide): We will begin rolling this out in late October 2024 for all customers who have purchased Microsoft Viva Insights Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback.
How this will affect your organization:
After rollout, the service plan will provide a seamless experience to set up and use Viva Insights Workplace Analytics, if you have not done so already.
What you need to do to prepare:
This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout.
