Microsoft Viva Pulse: Admins can configure access to Pulse templates for Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users

This feature, available from late March to mid-April 2025, allows admins to manage template access and review content. No action is required before the rollout, but reviewing configurations and notifying users is recommended.

As communicated in MC948979 Microsoft Viva Pulse experience will be included with Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription (December 2024), Microsoft Viva Pulse authors can use new templates specific toMicrosoft 365 Copilot Readiness, Adoption, and Impact to measure employeesentiment around their organization’s Copilot adoption.
