OneDrive: iOS – Outline for PDF viewing

This new OneDrive for iOS release will allow you to view a table of contents that you can use for easy and concise navigation in a PDF document. Just press a title in the table of contents and you’ll navigate directly to the page.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 81918.

When this will happen

We will begin rolling this out to the Apple Store in early May and expect to complete rollout mid-May.

How this will affect your organization

Outline creates a clickable table of contents to help people who use OneDrive on iOS quickly navigate PDFs.

  • When viewing a PDF, tap More View image in new tab, followed by Outline.
  • When the table of contents appear, tap any page title to jump to that page.
