The new Format Options pane in Visio web app brings new shape formatting properties including dimensions, fill, and line formatting right next to your content. As you adjust values, you’ll be able to see your changes take place directly in the Visio canvas, allowing you to quickly try different shape options to see what works best for your diagram.

In response to customer feedback, we are introducing a new PowerShell control, IsLoopEnabled to control Loop components experiences in Microsoft 365. Now admins can control Loop components independently from other experiences. This allows admins to be able to disable Loop components while keeping the new Whiteboard in OneDrive enabled.
Additionally, you no longer need to set IsFluidEnabled to True to enable other Fluid Framework powered experiences. We highly recommend admins to stop using IsFluidEnabled because it will be retired later this year. The property will only be available until the November 2022 release of SharePoint Online Management Shell on November 25, 2022.

This new release of a new panel in Site settings will allow site owners to view the history of any site templates applied to the site and related site script actions.

Users will now be able to find the apps they use regularly more prominently via app flyouts, and just @mention their favorite bot to start using it seamlessly in a new chat/team. Users will not need to repeat installation of apps. One-time installation would ready the app for use for that user anywhere inside Teams.

Complex condition support in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rule authoring experience will enable Admins to create advanced rules using a combination of AND/OR/NOT operators.

You can get quick insights on files before you even open them. When you see a file in OneDrive or SharePoint, point to the file, and then wait for the file card to appear. The file card tells you if a file is popular among your peers, how long it might take to read it, and even show the author key points. If you are working on the file with others, the file card will show you recent activities you haven’t seen yet, a list of viewers and views, and links to places where you referenced the file in email, meetings, or Teams chats. The file card is only visible to people who have access to the file, so the information on the card is just as secure as your files. Also, what’s shown on the file card is personalized to you. For example, the file card shows conversations you took part in, but doesn’t show them to anyone who wasn’t in that same conversation. The same is true of activity highlights; we’ll show that you’ve been @mentioned, but we won’t show that to others when they view the file card.
