We are announcing the ability to enable 3rd-party providers to build and publish agent-ready connectors for Microsoft Copilot Studio in Partner Center for Power Platform. This feature will reach general availability on November 15, 2025.
Starting mid-November 2025, Viva Insights will disable Behavioral insights by default for new and some existing customers, focusing on Copilot and AI agent analytics. Admins can enable or disable Behavioral insights via VFAM or PowerShell. Behavioral insights provide deeper organizational work patterns but are separate from AI usage data.
Microsoft is introducing a public preview of data export in the Copilot Dashboard, allowing users with company-level access to download de-identified weekly Copilot usage metrics from the past six months. Available late November 2025, it supports adoption analysis and licensing optimization for organizations with 50+ Copilot licenses.
Microsoft Copilot Notebooks will be available to 13–17 year-olds with Microsoft 365 Copilot plans and Entra ID accounts starting mid-November 2025. The feature will be on by default across supported platforms, with admin policies and Cloud Policy controls applicable for managing access.
Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management introduces a pay-as-you-go feature usage report by mid-February 2026, offering detailed billing insights by data source and activity. This default report helps admins optimize costs and policies without requiring setup, enhancing compliance visibility and access control via Entra ID.
Support for Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, and PowerPoint Mobile UWP apps ended on October 14, 2025. Organizations should remove these apps to avoid security risks and switch to Microsoft 365 Copilot, web versions, or desktop apps. Use Microsoft Intune to identify devices running these apps.
Microsoft 365 Copilot introduces an “Edit in Outlook” button for drafting emails from Copilot Chat prompts. Available to all licensed users across multiple platforms, it opens Outlook with a pre-filled draft. Rollout starts late October 2025, requires no extra licenses or admin changes, and is enabled by default.
Microsoft 365 is launching two new Graph APIs in November 2025 for admins to manage Copilot agents and apps programmatically. These APIs enable automated reporting and integration without UI changes or extra licenses. Admins should review the Microsoft Graph API documentation to prepare.
Due to reports of unintended token consumption in the Copilot Service workspace app, we have modified the default state of intent-based to be disabled.
