Voice Apps Express Setup in Teams Admin Center is now generally available, offering a simplified, guided setup for Auto Attendants and Call Queues with minimal configuration, built-in testing, and easy transition to classic setup. Ideal for SMBs, quick deployments, and first-time admins, it requires no activation.
SharePoint eSignature, allowing electronic signatures on Word and PDF documents stored in SharePoint, will roll out globally (except China, Indonesia, Türkiye) from late August to September 2025. It is off by default, requires admin enablement, and enhances document security within Microsoft 365.
Viva Learning now offers data export reporting with six CSV files for detailed activity insights. Rolling out from mid-July to late July 2025, a new Data export tab will appear in the admin center. Access is managed via Microsoft 365 groups with no compliance issues identified.
Update Microsoft 365 Office apps to version higher than 16.0.18827.20202 by January 2026 (March 2026 for GCC/GCC High/DoD) to maintain Read Aloud, Transcription, and Dictation features, which will stop working on older versions after these dates.
The sendDeviceOwnershipChangePushNotification property will be removed from the Microsoft Graph Beta API in late October 2025. Update any custom scripts or tools referencing this property, as notifications for device ownership changes are now sent automatically. No other action is needed.
