Copilot in Viva Insights simplifies the query-building process for analysts by suggesting metrics, filters, and attributes that are relevant to the analysis.

Android users of Microsoft Teams Shifts app must enable reminders for shifts and clocking in/out immediately due to API changes. A pop-up will guide users to enable this in the OS settings, with an alternative option available in the Shifts settings page.
The Viva Learning – SAP SuccessFactors integration process is being updated to improve the admin setup experience. The rollout will begin in late August 2024 and is expected to complete by mid-September 2024. The update consolidates configuration steps, automates data collection and updates, and requires no immediate action but suggests preparing updated training and documentation.
Microsoft Viva Amplify will soon introduce a ‘Save copy’ button to easily copy publications within a campaign, enhancing content reuse and efficiency. This feature will roll out between late September and early October 2024, initially excluding mobile apps and Viva Engage customized content.
The new Campaign Goals feature in Viva Amplify allows users to set, track, and achieve specific goals for campaigns, integrated with the unique viewer metric. Rolling out from late August to late September 2024, it provides detailed reports and insights, although currently not available on mobile iOS & Android apps.
Outlook on the web has a new “Account” settings category for improved usability. Settings like Automatic replies, Email signatures, Categories, Mobile devices, and Storage have been moved to this category. Rollout begins late August 2024 for Targeted Release and late September 2024 for General Availability. Organizations may need to update training and documentation.
Microsoft Viva Amplify is introducing a new Banner web part and updates to the title area, allowing for more layout options and the ability to remove the title area. Rollout begins mid-August 2024 with full availability by mid-September 2024. No admin action is required for this update.
