Microsoft Lists: Be notified about new form responses on Lists

Lists forms users can subscribe to be notified of new responses on their forms. By default, this would be toggled off, but a form collaborator can toggle on and receive an email notification for every new response on that form after.

Microsoft Lists: Schedule turning on and off responses to forms

List form owners and collaborators can schedule specific dates and times to start and stop accepting responses. The form will be active during the designated period and will automatically stop accepting responses once the scheduled end time is reached.

Reminder: Two Admin Audit Log cmdlets retire in September 2024

Two Admin Audit Log cmdlets, `Search-AdminAuditLog` and `New-AdminAuditLog`, will retire on September 15, 2024. It’s recommended to use `Search-UnifiedAuditLog` instead. Details on retirement and migration are available on the Microsoft Community Hub.

Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android: New setting to auto-advance to the next message

Outlook for iOS and Android is introducing a new setting for automatically advancing to the next email after actions like delete or archive, instead of going back to the message list. Rollout begins mid-August 2024 for iOS and late October 2024 for Android. Users must enable this feature in Settings.

Microsoft SharePoint: document processing models will no longer process files if the service is not enabled for the site

SharePoint document models will only process files on enabled sites post-September 2024 rollout. Before, models processed files even if the site was disabled. Changes apply automatically; no admin action needed before rollout. Ensure Syntex service is enabled on sites where processing should continue.
